PES, polyethersulfone
PES is a hard material, with good dimensional and heat stability, usable short term up to 200 C. Compared with e.g. PSU, PES has somewhat better mechanical properties. The chemical resistance is good overall, but PES is notch-sensitive and will be attacked by some aromatic and polar solvents, causing stress-cracking. Flammability is low, and PES is classed as UL94 V0 from 0,5 mm.
